Request a Return (RMA)

Before you make a Return Request, please note the following:

    • All Bohyme® products must be returned unopened in their original packaging for a return to be considered. The packaging must not be opened or defaced in any way.
    • Any complaints/returns received by Fashion World Ent., Inc. directly from your client will be acknowledged and your client will be redirected to you to resolve the issue.
    • You will not be reimbursed for any costs incurred by you in applying or removing hair extensions from your customer for whatever reason incurred. Fashion World Ent., Inc. is not liable for Issues regarding incorrect application.
    • All Bohyme® products must be shipped back within 30 calendar days of purchase or a return will not be issued.
    • Restocking fees up to 20% may applied for reasons outside this policy.
    • The client is responsible for any return shipping fees.
    • Using an insured registered mail service is advised as returns not received by us cannot be exchanged or credited to you. 
    • Fashion World Ent., Inc. is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.
